Security Redux 2.0

Opis
Due to the work of Honey Badger, this texture pack is alive and kicking once more.

This skin pack re-textures all the security forces to have m-81 woodland pants, with a black combat shirt and multicam Chest rigs, Drop holsters, Plate carriers, and Helmets.

This mod only changes the world model of the security force, so any first person changes, (Mainly gloves and arm textures), will be un-affected.

Furthermore, I am not a texture artist. I have no modding background and cannot make any additional changes to this. Do not expect me to add anything else to this.

I will try to answer questions to the best of my ability, but do not expect much as per the information above.

*Random Background information not pertaining to the mod*
To those not aware, this skin pack originates back when workshop support was originally added and was the best of what was available. Yet for some reason the original author, who I have still not been able to identify, took down the original files.

I managed to find a copy of the file and re-uploaded to the work shop for people to use.

Unfortunately, an update that changed the base security models broke this skin and due to not knowing anything about making the required edits to the skin, the mod was dead in the water.

Thankfully, a user by the name of Honey Badger went in and made the edits needed to get the file functioning once more and gave me the file for the fix.

So send your praise toward him and not me.

Klaver, yeah the mod became non-functional again as NWI updated the models and it broke the file pathing for the mod once again.

If you or anyone else reading this wants to, feel free to make the adjustments yourself and post them to the workshop. I don't plan on doing anything for INS Source (aside from something personal I am working on), and mabye something in sandstorm depending on what can be done mod wise.

Light armor model is broken. Heavy and No armor work, but the Light armor is completley invisible. Mod or my computer is fucked my guy, and I'm pretty sure it's the mod. NWI servers allow mods, and I have no other security character skin mods installed.

This mod causes Security operators to appear, or rather not appear, invisible. Thus, only their weapons show, making it very difficult to kill them as a militant, or co-ordinate as one of them.

asighofrelief, First thing I would check is to go into your console and type in "map contact" and when the server loads in to see if the skins are applied to the security models.

If they don't, then the mod is not enabled and you will need to redownload it, or you may have another mod installed that could be conflicting with this one. Doesn't hurt to double check.

If you do see them, then it is possible it was either the server you were playing on could have it set so that only default skins are used. Be aware though that I have not played Insurgency in quite some time, so I could be talking out of my ass at this point.

If all of those fail, then it may be worthwhile to move the redux_updated.vpk file to your insurgency2>Insurgency>custom folder and see if the mod functions from there. (So just move it from the workshop folder to the custom folder outside).

Ahh I love this mod but I'm still running into problems with the character models disappearing and leaving floating guns
