===Update 01/03/2012===
Arch mages quarters slightly adjusted. Some candles repositioned and the magic blue light in the middle has been changed. Bit stronger radius but the light is softer now.
Ideally I want to put 3 small blue lights there since the magelights are the sources but decided against it as they would not be able to be shadowcasters.
I am not looking to make the 1 light there any stronger than what it is now though.

Ragged flagon - checked out "blinking lights" problem. Was able to reproduce. It seemed to happen on one of the larger glowing coal type fires at the bar area. Managed to fix that one by removing the candle light closest to it. :(
This however made the chandelier in the ceiling blink. -.- Managed to fix that one by removing additional lights from the table candles. Felt that this was ok since the nearby torches etc light up the tables anyways. I have no idea what causes this problem. it is not mentioned as a possible bug anywhere from waht I have seen. :/
Possibly caused by using too many lights? Or too many overlapping lights? Ragged flagon should be better now though. Hopefully.

Can you make a new fire texture so i can actually see fire in Skyrim?

Sadly this doesn't work together with Mike Foxs Darker Dungeons. In Ragged Flagon for example the lights simple disappear when using both mods.

About the blinking lights... read something about a limitation of light sources that cast shadows. Maybe it is related to that?

Looks like Markarth Undercity BETA is the problem. There's some kind of conflict between that mod and this one.

So far, after enabling mods one at a time, it seems like the black screen that forces me to ctrl-alt-del and close skyrim is caused by this mod, but the missing walls are somehow caused by my Proudspire mod, even though that should not be affecting the Blue Palace at all. I'm going to check different combinations of mods and different places to see if I can figure out what's going on.

Every time I enter a building, the screen is black and I can't do anything. I turned off this mod, now I can move and see but walls are missing. For the record, this happened in the Blue Palace and Proudspire Manor. I do have a mod for Proudspire, but nothing for the Blue Palace.

started a new game, when alduin came and uses his shout (the first one, makes a meteor shower) the game crashes as soon as he opens his mouth. so i'll assume its the problem with the shout.

oh yeah, and i know its because of this mod because i disabled all my mods and activated one by one until i got to this one.

Thanks! I was using a different mod to remove the shadow striping, but it seemed to have stagnated - then I found yours! Better immersion AND fixes the striping, too. New Gnisis Cornerclub in Windhelm could use some attention.

I have done no modifications to cracked tusk keep. Double checked this for you anyways.
There are no texture problems or missing floors and walls.
You have other problems with your installation than this mod.
