First: The picture has nothing to do with the mutation. I just needed one and was too lazy to take a screenshot.

This mutation is designed to be a solo mutation. You can play it with 4 players (otherwise bots will spawn), but it will be very boring and way too easy. So my advice: play alone.

Only L4D1 infected will spawn. They are slow and have lower health. But on the downside you only have a magnum and a hunting rifle. So no shotgun or melee. They would be op. Hunters and smokers will not kill you instantly. You screen will become black and white and you need to heal. They will not ruin your round instantly, but they are still dangerous if you don't see them.
The tank deals 18 hp damage (24 normal).
Commons deal 4 hp damage (2 normal).
As long you don't let the commons surround you (and keep an eye on the specials), you are not in big danger. There are some maps where I don't recommend using this mutation. For example concert and especially atrium. You can survive for hundreds of minutes there as long you don't mess it up. So... Don't play there. It's boring. Anyway, not all maps are that easy. But keep in mind that this is not supposed to be hard.
By the way... You should probably not use this to cheat your times on official maps. You might regret it later.
Another thing: I recommend playing it on L4D1 maps with other L4D1 mods like skins or hud. It fits well together. Another reason to not play it on official maps (they are mostly from L4D2).
