[I'm gonna make updates when i will port other stuff]
Models from Hello Neighbor
Ported by me

Features:
Tv has 2 skins, 2 flexes for buttons and bone for a switch.

Basement door has bone for a wheel

Each model has ambient occlusion

Problems:
Tv is small, so you have to resize it (i'll fix it in update)
