This is the TV Tower St.Chrischona which is located close to Basel in Switzerland and was built in 1984 (=availability).
I built it with a lot of details and it applies to the original up to the last antenna.

It is a landmark and contains a bus stop. So you can let your sims travel to it. Although it can be found under street depots (that you can destroy it).

To be able to see the lower lying offices in the back it is best to place a road with equal level, level the terrain close to the street, lower the terrain in the back and then place the tower. Afterwards level out the terrain in the back to equal up with the office floor.

I'v got a question. Could you perhaps create an Enercon turbine pack, with turbines of various sizes for aesthetics, complete with a spinning animation?

Wie kann ich den einen Bus dort halten lassen ? Er zeigt mir keine Bushaltestellen an, habe auch wie wild mit dem Fahrplan dort rumgeklickt.

Erst scheint er vom Erdboden verschluckt zu sein und dann kommt er mit seinem Tower samt Bushaltestelle wieder. Ja Hammer geil :D

@Abbittibbi: Nice idea. Currently i work on an IKEA wich serves as a cargo station. So trucks are providing goods. And a soccer-stadium as landmark is on my list. But then .....

Very well done, thanks a lot. Nice model to enhance a city or mountain top(like you did on picture). That would be awesome if you we're able to make both of a corporate office building for managing transport empire, and a City Hall building with same intentions and settings.
