After you are done with the character you made, go to the lineware platter on the right of the questionare guy and grab it. After you've grabbed it, Drop it immediately. Once you are done with getting the stuff you need, head over to the slit strider. Travel to Gnisis then to Khuul. Once you are at Khuul, go to the boat that's near the place and go to Fort Frostmoth. From Fort Frostmoth, head over to Thrisk. Once you are there, go behind the building and you should find a hollow log. Searching the log should get you 5 ebony arrows of slaying and ring of raven eyes and other good things found in the log. Take both of them and use the scroll of almsivi intervention, the scroll should take you to Gnisis. Use the slit strider to any place that has mage guilds and use the mage guild transport to travel to Sadrith Mora. From Sadrith Mora, you should search up a map of Tel Fyr and travel from Sadrith Mora to Tel Fyr. Once you are at Tel Fyr, enter the place. Once you are in the place go to the right and go to the Hall Of Fyr.

Once you are in the Hall Of Fyr, head to the left and grab a potion of rising force. Use the potion to head to the opening in the middle and go up. Head over to the person with deadric armor and save before you enter the room and then you need kill him. You should put on the ring of raven eye as it increases your chances of hitting him and shooting him with the ebony arrows of slaying. Once you kill him, the armor is all yours.
