The location of the painting is not founded. but some persons explore it and discuss where is it in the thread Yacht heist artefacts?. Especially this post is interesting upon thinking about the painting:

As for the painting, there is one as I mentioned, but I'm not aware of any way to actually get to it. In case you're wondering, it's on the main deck in the same area as the numbered rooms (where the 4 artifacts are), towards the front of the ship. There's a large glass display containing a statue and a map on the wall inside it, and the painting is inside the wall behind the map. In order to actually grab it, you need to enter the room behind it and delete the wall from the world. Deleting the wall and grabbing it doesn't trigger anything in particular, and attempting to secure it will simply result in it falling out of the map and respawning on the ship where you threw it off. Either there's a trigger somewhere to make it accessible and useful for something (though I've not found anything, nor have I looked), or it's simply a leftover asset that is not important. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Edit: I should mention that it's technically not actually a painting, but a light artifact like those in the museum (that look like paintings).

This guide is not that helpful, I got red lower deck and searched through fridges the guide said and it was not there.

The painting spawns on the main deck behind the map(which is behind the statue surrounded by glass panes). It is unobtainable without cheats

@a spoon "The painting is hiding behind a wall with a glass enclosed statue in front of it with a map behind the statue against the wall that has the painting behind it.. The painting cannot be removed without going into dev mode and removing the wall to access it where the painting also falls through the map and is unable to be obtained then. It is a bug or an unfinished aspect of the heist that was never finished. That is the location though.

The painting was found in the game files to be somewhere in the map, however nobody has found it yet.
