While modifications were done to bypass resource grind, all the buffs used in this video can be obtained naturally in-game by playing on 4-player insanity tier 7 and visiting the shop.
ghstbrpa, you may not know what you're getting out of the game if this is what you consider cheating, modding this for better gems leads to much, much higher attack speed than this.
I would know, I actually HAVE bothered to do so in the past.
