You're likely to run into Sigur, the assistant of the owner of the general goods store, if you frequent Whiterun a lot. This mod removes some lines that he utters with great frequency.

I suppose I could just delete him from the game, but I'm afraid that might mess up something else.

I kill him and Nazeem before i go to Dragonsreach at the beggining of the game and leave their bodies under the bridge by the gate.

psst.. hey guys.. i need help melting some boidies, who wants to help? mainly because i spawned him alot .-. and then killed him... alot.... so i got lots of dead guys lying around halp meh melt dem bodehs

make him tiny or uber big and then do sexchange on him. at least when he's annoying he's somewhat comical. or you can just pickpocket his clothes and put a poison in his inventory. either way works. summoning a daedra also is a blast

Incidentally, on one of my recent plays I found him dead in the stream next to Warmaiden's.

Neither I, nor any followers of mine, to my knowledge, killed him. He was just... dead.

No complaints here.
