~Kind of a bigger version of aim_redline for more players with a total of 40 player spawn points.

To allow weapons on the floor use this cvar: "mp_weapons_allow_map_placed 1"

update#1: Added the Ak-47 as a starting weapon for all players.
update#2: Players now can carry over their current weapons to the next round.
update#3: Players now have both kevlar and helmet.
