This isn't going to be a full guide. There already is a good one. This is just expanding on the puzzles.

You can see where the units need to go. Move your units 1 at a time, in order to not take damage from spikes. Step on only the safe blocks. You may have to rotate your camera (with Q and E) in order to make yours look like mine).

This is what the first circle puzzle should look like, so you just have to rotate your pieces to look like mine.

This is what the second circle puzzle should look like.

This is the puzzle in the tombs on the right hand side, where you need to unlock that door before going into the left part or upper part of the tomb. It's kind of hard to see, but this is the best I could do with the size. Top left is your worker. Bottom left is your queen. Top right and top left are your 2 basic light unit attackers, I don't remember which is which, but you can see in the picture.

After you do the previously showed puzzle, you now have to open the left wing of the tombs. In order to do that, exit the tombs, on the outside, go to the western wing (the left), and use a worker to start eating away at the sand chunks, until you can get into the tomb.

That's about all the puzzles there are in this game. With that being said, I'll give you 1 tip for the final boss. Since he is a GIANT pain in the butt, having to kill all his tentacles, then shield, then fight him, and do that over and over again, I've figured out a little trick that makes this process a heck of a lot easier. You CAN build HIVES in the final boss level area. So build a bunch of hives (you'll have a massive abundance of resources) inside the boss room, and there you go. When you units get low on health, just hop on over to the closest hive and regenerate. (Much quicker than running all the way outside the tombs to go heal.
