Flexible Basic Gun Turrets

More flexible directions and placement for rifles, cannons etc. Now you can build a lower weapons deck or detached nests! The idea was to create a very minor mod that uses the basic weapons and doesn't ruin the game.

New Weapon Modules:

- Rifle with upper access (and flipped)
- Cannon with upper access (and flipped)
- Down facing rifle nest with upper access
- Down facing cannon nest with upper access
- Pillbox, a simple rifle module with extra weight, armor, clip size


Only english support at this time until I learn all the other languages :(
