Junta with expansion cards

Credit for the original mod goes to Nighthunter007. Although his version was missing some tokens and had the wrong number of units. I fixed this but the new tokens are from the German workshop mod. I will get around to putting them in English at some point but as its only 2 tokens its not really a big deal.

I also added in the expansion cards which were published in 1994 but never reprinted. I made them in the style of the modern cards and also chanegd the rules slightly on a couple of them as the rulebook has changed since these cards were first released.
