You find out that it's Central by typing "info" when iphacking freedomwire.
You get the guide to being someone else by iphacking thorn and downloading it.
You get the order confirmation for software development by going to grandtrunk, clicking "see more" next to the hitman and then order the software development from muscleboy. You get an email confirmation which you can download.

This guide is good to make sure you got the right guy and everything. Though how exactly did you manage to give him the 15 and 25 year prison sentence? I only managed to figure out the first one with the party drugs.

i got evidence, but how do i know why central is the correct location? thanks btw
