Makes civilians scream. Inspired by Long War 2 and their 'yelling' mechanic.

Current Screams
  • 4 Homer Simpson, 1 Marge, 1 Flanders, 1 Screamapillar Screams
  • 1 Zoidberg woop-woop, 1 Bender noises, 3 Linda (futurama anchorwoman) screams
  • 2 Rick and Morty clips (sun scream, judge morty yelling)
  • 2 Classic screams (Wilhelm, Howie)
  • Others (Tim Allen grunt, Hang Hill bwaa, Trolls OH MY GOD, Corrin Scream)
  • Others (TF2 Soldier scream, Cheryl not supervisor, Reeeeeee)

Config File
Location: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\854507809
Settings
  • Set volume of screams
  • Set whether scream at start or end of scamper animation
  • Enable/Disable individual screams to your liking
  • Choose which screams play for Males/Females
  • Set chance to scream for Civilians, and VIPs

Known Issues
  • VIP issue seems resolved. They should only scream if you set chanceForVIPScream greater than 0 in ini

More Screams!
I am planning on adding more screams. Finding good quality audio clips (without other noises in the background) can be tricky. If you can isolate one and link it to me, I will credit you for that audio clip.

@marshmallow justice Same here, works without any problems. Can't really update without having to start a new game anyway, but since it works fine there's little point. But the resistance fighters in the retaliation missions keep screaming, and I can't decide if that's hilarious or annoying. Or both.

It works perfectly fine with WotC for me. I've tested it on numerous saves and missions, laated about a month so far. I don't think I've heard every audio clip, at least not Zoidbergs, but it seems to work fine.

Sorry, don't have expansion yet. Hopefully within a few weeks. If anyone knows if there are conflicts let me know. I think it is likely that it would cause any large issues as its mostly just on top of existing events.
