I don't have the DLC so I can't tell you, but I've just updated it to encompass the TITAN shipclass as well, otherwise it should've functioned fine till now.

i turned off every mod even started a new game and its not doing it for me

Works just fine. You're using another mod that overwrites this one.

Should work without a problem in 0.900, since nothing has changed.
