-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-3x3 Level 2 industrial building
-1378 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-62 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)

Very nice corner, love the gray garage doors, nice drab texture, as should be. Curious, building based on a real one with "Missouri Carriage Co."sign or just inspired by? Perfect.
