Flickering Flags Fix

Описание
IMPORTANT: As of Kaiserreich Alpha 0.4 (Pax Americana), this mod is not required in combination with Kaiserreich any longer. Using it may cause compatibility issues! Turn this mod off when playing Kaiserreich!

This mod intends to fix the flag flickering when zooming in or out.

You are free to incorporate this into your own mod, just remember to give credit if you use this!

thank god i found a fix for this, BSR had a weird thing where the German flag switched between (i think) the aussie flag.

This still works just fine. Most mods should have fixed this themselves by this point though.

@pourlemerrite This only fixes an issue that occurs with mods that add too many flags for the default texture to handle. In other words, this is a fix for mods that already break ironman compatibility anyway, like Kaiserreich or Millenium Dawn (though they have now incorporated this fix).

There is no ironman scenario where this mod is required.
