Hong Kong housing block "Trident 4" (RICO)

"Trident 4" was the last in a series of Y-plan ('star') tower blocks by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, built from the mid 1980's until the first half of the 1990's, predominantly as for-sale flats but a couple also serving as public rental housing; 35-storeys tall.

The real block has around 600 flats; in-game, 270; with realistic population overriding it, 291. About 2,400 tris.
