1. Click Single Player
2. Select The July Crisis campaign and click next



3. Click the far right icon to show additional countries
4. Scroll down and select Luxembourg



5. Click Play

You selected Luxembourg because it is a small country with no army units. That is you, highlighted in the center, in the photo below. Your goal is to make Belgium and Germany attack you.



1. Click on a unit of the first neighbouring country (Belgium)
2. Click on country's flag in the bottom left corner to bring up a menu



3. Click on diplomacy tab
4. Click on Declare War



5. Click Declare War confirmation
6. Click Okay confirmation
7. Click on second neighbouring country (Germany)
8. Repeat steps 2-6 to declare war
9. Click end turn button in bottom right menus



10. End turn again and the game should be over
