Yep, it works... I thought I tried it. But maybe I missed by couple of pixels )
All other was easy for me.

Place one portal in front of the laser emitter and the other one on the angled panel closer to the fizzler. Then let the laser beam go again through the first portal, using reflector cube. That's it. It works for me.
