Ultra Greedier is the second Phase of the Final Boss of Greed Mode. The Ultra Greedier fight starts after Ultra Greed has ben "defeated", when the golden statue of Greed starts shaking and slightly breaking, Ultra Greedier starts the battle by slamming the ground (explosive damage) also the doors will shoot golden coloured lasers across the room.

Ultra Greedier has less Health than Ultra Greed (Greed: 3500, Greedier: 2500) which doesn't mean he can be killed faster that is because he has a slightly stronger damage scaling than Ultra Greed.

Ultra Greedier has a few attacks which can ruin your run quite easily.

1. Ground slam:
Ultra Greedier will start slamming the ground, dealing AoE explosion-damage around him.

2. Leap:
Ultra Greed will start aiming for the player leaping directly at him, while he is in the air, he is invincible and will drop coins (NPCs) which will deal explosive damage when hitting the ground.
When he lands he will deal explosive damage and send out 4-5 rock-waves (similar to the Cages' leap attack) which will also deal explosive damage upon contact.

3. Bomb-Stomp:
Every now and then Ultra Greedier will stomp on the ground, summoning 5-10 Bomb Coin NPCs which take 3 seconds to explode dealing huge AoE explosion-damage.

4. Door Lasers:
Every now and then the 5 doors in the Boss Room will shoot out lasers across the room in straight lines dealing damage to the player when he's in the way. There's only one way of knowing when the doors are about to shoot which is by looking at them; when they open they're about to fire (they will shoot ~1.25 seconds after the doors opened up)

5. Shooting:
Ultra Greedier can fire 4-5 Coins in a wide ark toward the player, these coins will deal explosion damage. He also has a Monstro's loung-type attack, spitting out up to 14 Coins at once.

As mentioned above, Ultra Greedier has a leap attack which makes him jump straight toward the player: this is the attack you'll have to use the most if you want to easily beat this Boss.

YOU WILL NEED GREAT RANGE FOR THIS

The Room is a 1x2 layout (same a Mega Satans; though you can't walk on the second half because Mega Satan blocks it off). Use the corner and make Ultra Greedier follow you, once he is in a corner you can simply move to the next corner. Keep firing into the corner you were just in and when you hear or see that Ultra Greedier started jumping, simply move to the next corner, this way you'll avoid his bomb-coin-rain attack and his explosion upon landing. When Ultra Greedier is trapped in the corner this will also increase your chance of the rock-waves and his wide-explosive arks to hit the wall before he can fire them.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE MUCH RANGE

Simply use the 2 corners in the top or the bottom of the room since they're not as far away from each other, though when you run back and forth inbetween those corners you might endup getting hit by his explosive-coin-rain attack.

Either way: A lump of coal is a great item for this since it increases the damage of the tears, the farther they travel.

IF ULTRA GREEDIER WALKS AWAY

If Ultra Greedier walks into the middle of the room simply stay in your corner, don't try to hit him since that may ruin the fight, wait in your corner untill he jumps at you and simply continue the circle.

As you may have noticed all of Ultra Greedier's attacks deal explosion damage meaning that there's more, way easier, strategies to beat him;

Host Hat (makes it alot easier, still not completely unfailable since the lasers can still deal damage to you, so can Ultra Greedier upon touching you)

PYROMANIAC. (Yep, this seems by far the easiest way, just run into all of his attacks (make sure you don't touch him) and keep firing, your damage doesn't matter during this since you will almost guaranteed defeat him anyways.)
