== Items ==

Shame: Enemies that move too close to Isaac have a short fear effect applied to them
Forbidden Fruit: Tears become apples, shot speed up
Deception: Shuffle consumable numbers (high risk/high reward)
Creation: Game timer restarted to 00:00
Granted Domain: Enemies stop moving when Isaac stops moving
The Harvest: Upon clearing a room has a small chance to be rewarded with an item
The Fall of Man: +2 Black Hearts. Removes all heart containers. For each container removed, +.5 damage
Mankind: Player changes character's to Eve and is given ♥♥♥♥♥ of Babylon and an Adam familiar that rotates very fast but deals large damage
The First Day: Damage, speed, shot speed up
Exiled: +2 heart containers, all heart drops are now black hearts
My Beloved: +1 heart container. Hearts chase Isaac
Crack The Earth: Randomly creates earthquakes under enemies, dealing damage.
Legion: Muahahahaha...
Deceiver! transformation: Killing enemies has a %5 chance to life steal (half heart). Poison tears.
