Also, if you can sell only soul, how can someone have more then 1 unusual?

you get them by throwing your entire wallet at the screen, then you will get a free hat!
but if you sell your soul to the devil, you can get what is known as a "unusual" which is a burning hat, not only that, but gabe newell will come to your house and give you a backrub
