Settings
Ajust the TimeWarp Mod Longitude to -90.
(If you use Ultimate Eyecandy Mod, set the Sun rotation to -90.)

Hi! Very glad you shared this :) There is a third way to do it. You can also avoid using a mod by having a map theme that corrects this. See the "finding north" section of this guise for the map theme setting to corrrect the backwards sun rotation :)
