This is a KingLeno creation and a BT commission. Many malls utilize parking markers like this one. They are generally located in the first row/column nearest the entrance. This decal can function on its own but pairs well with the Handicap Parking Decal so you no longer need to use the default vanilla 3-space marker with the handicap symbol.
