The only thing I can suggest is to make sure everything is running the most recent version, I did push an update for the map back in February and while unlikely there could be version mismatches.
You can solve version mismatches by deleting the map from both you’re client and server.
The ID for this map is 840754106 you can find this ID number in the URL for the map’s workshop page.
(deleting all workshop entries and letting them re-download is also a good sanity check as well)

Yes there are Two locations & yes you’re client maps are cloned taking up twice the space they ultimately should
