Tip 1: You will have to play expert difficulty. Otherwise, you won't be able to beat the developer's time.
Tip 2: You need to make sure that your workers are always working. No time should be wasted on idling. I recommend that you queue up a list of things (1,2,3). This way your workers always have something to do. See the screenshot below:

Tip 3) If you could not have beaten the time, what was the problem? Was gold the limiting item that held you back? Did you not have enough workers? Did you start on the wrong side of the map?
Generally, I recommend you build workshops and farms before upgrading the house for more workers.
Sometimes, you need to change the direction
Tip 4) 12 labours of Hercules part 4 uses portals. Therefore, your workers can sometimes move between different parts.
Tip 5) Focus on smaller map rather than big maps. It is much easier to beat the developer's time for Part 1 and Part 2 compared to Part 5.

I did 3.2 - 3.5
3.2 - Seemed really easy
3.3 - Skipped building mine, just aggressive manual mining
3.4 - This was trickier, get the workshops up quick and and buy food constantly.
3.5 - Again skipped building mine, just manual mining

Great guide (as usual), friend.

Basically if one manages to get this achievement they will have no problem unlocking the rest thus 100%-ing the game.
