@Georg Ravioli Good catch! I don't play the map myself so I didn´t notice the link was not a download link. The only thing you can download from that page is a picture .

I did find this armaholic page (that you already found yourself) http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=30213 but I don't know about any bugs or what version the map is on the armaholic page.

However, this is a forum post made by the creator (made in 2013). https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/160987-sangin-wip/ and if you look at the comments on page 15 https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/160987-sangin-wip/?page=15 alot of people are asking about the status of the map. And on the 27th of January 2016 he posted this: "Had a lot of RL shit going on ill get back to it, just need to redo the roads and it will be finished. "

So my best guess is that the creator abandoned it, because his last login was on the 11th of May 2016.

Where can I find the download for Sangin? It's not on that google website, and I'm afraid that the one on armaholic is outdated (will have the black sky bug).

@Georg Ravioli Thanks, that indeed is a random question :D, I tried to look for the included maps but it seems that they are not so generous when it comes to giving information :P.
I cannot find any maps from the mod that you can download by itself without the mod, you might have to chance to ask it on a forum/steam discussion.

Good resource, man! Random question, is there a way just to get the IFA3 maps? Maps are great, but IFA3's modified interface bothers me.
