This is mercys staff from Overwatch. ITS JUST A MODEL! NOT A SWEP!!!
I ported this item from sfm.
Orginal creator of this staff is TFA.

Mercy engages one of two beams that connect to an ally. By maintaining the beams, she can either restore that ally’s health or increase the amount of damage they do

For some reason, I can't make the ragdoll mover to get lock on the Wing_BR. Does anyone else has a problem with that?

no sadly i didnt have the time to contact tfa and i wasnt that good at lua script but im hoping that sometime in the future that i have the time to contact him and start on the script for the addon

Jordan Belfort can i use this model for a swep im making if i get you permission to use this model also its most likely going be private mod but i might share it but thats if your okay with that if not im fine with that
