"LT vz. 38 (Lehký tank vzor 38, Light Tank model 38) , originally a Czech production tank , later adopted by German Army .
Left abondoned somewhere in Ukraine in early stages of Operation Barbarossa . Renovated by Ukrainian Insurgent Army members and later used to join the fight against the soviet union .

Maybe Ukrainian Insurgent Army with other baltic states will be added to COH2 as one merged Axis faction ?
