You can throw stuff at the wall when his arms stick out and kill him.

I really liked this level, however there was a glitch with one of the enemies that was created by PTTR's repeated updates to NPC movement that causes the large boxer enemy laying up in the lighting rig to glitch into the wall and effectively softlock the level.

This level has to be the best one in the workshop, a proven classic. It feels like an actual level in the game, and the boss on top is the cherry on the cake.
