also don't go to Africa so you wont get wet by the rain if you get rained it will count as a "shower" so make sure to go to Afghanistan to get dirty like real dirty.

As a 'bonus' I got stuck with Quiet inside her cage. The only way to get out is going to title menu and rejoin and you'll spawn on top of the cage. From there just walk off.

I just stayed out doing some missions and side ops with Quiet for several days (about a week) and I didn't smoke at this period or get into a dumpster neither. Also, I didn't notice the flies, so, the shower scene took me by surprise.
