For those looking for it: the 4 Secrets are shown at roughly these times:

08:55
9:35-10:15
17:00-18:00
18:20-18:35

For the one at 9:35, the logic seems to be: turn all rods green, then turn only one red. Count how many screens you have to travel before you see the red one again. Enter that # in the panel. In the video it's 12, but for me it was 8.
