Albion "Watchtower" Cruiser

Seeking further information about the world around them, Albion first engineered the Watchtower to study asteroid fields and planet compositions. Once its role was established, the military aerospace division of albion stepped in and asked for a combat recon. Adding weaponry to the Watchtower, upgrading its sensor equiptment, and supplying four bays for spy drones, the military aerospace division proudly presented their new ship.

Commonly seen far back from the engagement, but still in radio range, the Watchtower acts as both intelligence and logistics, providing vital information for the ships in the fray. Its spy drones can search for enemy bases with relative secrecy, concealed by their small size and zero-footprint laser antenna connections.

The Watchtower, though not fit for combat, has an armament of anti-fighter and anti-missile turrets, should any ship slip through the front lines or catch it unaware.
