For DOOM Veterans, DOOM 3 Onhoppers like myself, and new community members who just got to know this franchise, DOOM is King of first person shooters! Doom 2016 is with no doubt the best action game ever created (no disrespect to my future self loving Quake Champions) and it has a good chance to receive the title Game Of The Year 2016 - it's alredy this year's best action game. We are so thrilled and thankful to see this game exist. It's a DOOM Renaissance and we hope that with this new foundation we can enrich and grow the community.

Because of the fact that DOOM is a true masterpiece on so many levels, we, the community are puzzled with Bethesda not providing simple things like stable servers and cheat free gameplay experience.

It's like crowning a king but forgetting to get him a throne to sit on - sooner or later he will stand in a corner somewhere.
