Mouse acceleration sucks and what sucks even more is the other unreal engine default input settings, for example, horizontal and vertical mouse sensitivities are at different scale, its kinda annoying while you need consistent aim in kf2( flick down to kill crawlers then switch back on clots heads etc ), so we need to get rid of them in order to have a better gaming experience. This guide also covers how to disable mouse acceleration in windows os, and a link to a youtube video which best explains some of the concepts of mouse in gaming. Stay tuned.

Several fixes for the game

Here is how u can do it:
Go to documents/mygames/killingfloor2/kfgame/config, open KFInput.ini, under first section [Engine.PlayerInput], just in the beginning lines, set to these values: LookUpScale=-300, bEnableMouseSmoothing=false

Then ctrl+f, find [KFGame.KFPlayerInput], under this section make sure u have these values: bViewAccelerationEnabled=FALSE, and again LookUpScale=-300.000000.

If you use ads a lot now you can change ads sens scale in game but u can also change it via ZoomedSensitivityScale=(0.0-1.0), numbers mean the percentage of sensitivity when not ads, i recommend 0.8 or 80 in game option menu.

Its always good to back up yr KFInput.ini file since things will probably get reset after each update or randomly by live update, personally I would suggest to make the ini file read only so u dont have to worry about it later on.

Disable mouse acceleration in windows

Windows has the system mouse acceleration too. Simply go to Control panel-->Mouse-->Change mouse settings-->Pointer options, then tick off Enhance pointer precision. If "Mouse" option is not shown in the root menu, type it into the top right corner search box.

After done all of these, u should be good to go, u will feel a massive difference in a good way and i guarantee u will become an extremely good shot in the future! Enjoy!
