The GoldSrc MP Menu Background Pack For Garry's Mod
This mod adds a total of 18 new menu backgrounds from the following GoldSrc games:
  • Team Fortress Classic
  • Half-Life
  • Half-Life: Blue Shift
  • Half-Life: Opposing Force
  • Sven Co-Op (3 backgrounds: 5.0, 4.8, and 3.0)
  • Counter-Strike
  • Counter-Strike: Condition Zero (2 backgrounds)
  • Half-Life: Decay
  • Half-Life: Uplink
  • Half-Life: Dreamcast (2 backgrounds)
  • Day of Defeat
  • Ricochet
  • Deathmatch: Classic
  • Gunman Chronicles

Please note, any requests for backgrounds from other games will be ignored.

Nothing is required for these backgrounds to work (because the files are literally just JPEGs...)

I did not make these images. All of these images are rightfully owned by the developers of their respective games.

  • Half-Life: Dreamcast (2 backgrounds)
  • Day of Defeat (1 background)
  • Ricochet (1 background)
  • Deathmatch: Classic (1 background)
  • Gunman Chronicles (1 background)
  • Sven Co-Op (2 more: Version 3.0 and 4.8)

(Yes, I know I practically copy-pasted the description from my Source pack. I also know that the Opposing Force BG in the thumbnail is flipped. It still looks fine. Don't whine about either of these.)

Why is there SVEN CO-OP backgrounds? Pretty sure it is a recreation of the GOLDSRC engine and HALF-LIFE except Co-op

Sorry to correct you, but GoldSrc is actually a heavily modified verson of the Quake Engine, which might have been a branch of the Doom Engine. I like to think that when I play CS:GO, I'm actually just playing a really HD Quake mod.
