Beskrivning
Orbital hydrogen production facility "November" is the newest structure built by Albion. Specializing mainly in the production of propellant, this station is meant to orbit over ice caps, ice moons, and sit ni areas rich in hydrogen sustaining materials.

The station also has installments for reifining, assembling, and medical.
