That makes sense. Where is your shop then? Could you tell me how to disable right click on a page? I might try selling some work at some point, and that sounds like the answer to my problem of how do you put it out there and not have it stolen. Of course there's always snip and sketch, which means you can remove anything, at far as I know. How do you get around that? Same problem for anyone selling art on the web I guess.

No, I only publicly share pieces that were never for sale or that aren't currently for sale. Older or images that I did not consider to be high enough quality to sell or enter into judged competitions. Basically pieces I don't care if someone steals and uses without attribution (because if it's on the Interwebs- it will get stolen and cropped or watermarks clipped out, etc.). I got tired if having to file DMCA takedown orders, so I stopped sharing anything that was worth money to me online, anywhere other than my shop- where right-click> copy is disabled. Steam has a direct download button- so it's likely that this and others have been downloaded multiple times already. I don't do this for a living, but it does earn me money, so I don't share anything here that I can sell elsewhere.

I must admit I'm not a tech person and didn't have much to do with computers growing up, so technically this is over my head, I do however get the gist of it, and am impressed by the amount of work you put into this and how much knowledge you have in order to create the processes you need and to use them to create your work. The sad thing is the average viewer doesn't know all that you've done to make this, and so it's not appreciated to the full, nor are you. Now I read this, I am more amazed by your work.By the way, I think the idea of taking screen captures as it progresses it brilliant. If I ever work on making anything from here on, I will do the same. It makes sense, but I never thought of it. Thanks for some insight into your creating. You are an artist with computers, I am an artist with paint! Bye the way, is the final image posted anywhere on your profile? I'd love to see it.Cheers.

It's an old piece, but I have always taken screen captures along the progression of a rendering, and done a progression save, so I can revert and re-render from that point if things start getting too muddy or busy. I wrote the code for the rendering engine myself, and it's all JAVA (*weeps quietly*) that I really need to convert to something less CPU heavy- the rendering process will tie up 90%+ of CPU resources, often for days. Pauses on my old toaster were needed to let the machine cool down a bit before proceeding. The old quad core FX-4130 that this was created on didn't have the capability of greater speed or higher res than this. And the final image (after 4 days) was amazing- but totally different.

I understand the friend thing, no problem. I was involved in the recent hijacking of two of my friend's accounts. I am just learning about all this stuff and how to protect myself. I almost got taken myself. About the pic, you caught it at an amazing spot, it's showing all sorts of bits of interest and lots to look into, it would have been sad to have lost that openness. Good for you.I read you bit on the scammers feed and thought you'd make a good friend, I have enough, I'm not a people collector! Have a great week!

My profile comments are set to Friends Only right now, and I generally do not accept friend invites until I have had a chance to get to know some one over a bit of time.
Re: Baphomet... supposedly once an idol worshiped by the Knights Templar before being absorbed into occult worship and practices.
And yes- fractals are art or images created with maths. This one was not an intentional creation- and is actually an incomplete rendering of the image, but during a pause to check the image, I took a capture of this when I saw a few things in it, which were later obscured by the fully completed rendering process which eliminated much of the negative space shown here.

Just researched Baphomet, dark stuff.

OK, this is clearly, to me, Satan's living, throne. The chair is an overview of his domain, with his servants walking in order on different open corridors and sitting at his side. Even chandeliers, all lit by his gold mask and emblem. Wow, that's some picture.I'll have to fav that one!

That is amazing. I love that this mathematical equation, which I believe fractals are based on, can create an ongoing endless original work of art. Correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't been into fractals for quite a while.:) Thanks for your piece on the feed re where to look to see if profile is clear-very helpful. Have a great week. If you'd like another friend, I'd like to give you an invite, but couldn't see how to post on your profile to ask you. I'll stare at this and let you know what I see :)

Thanks! What is amazing is how different people can and will see different "hidden" images in some of them. Some people do not see the goat head, but have told me they see the bees and butterflies. Like looking at clouds- we may all see something different in them.
