Introduction
All the Unique armor do require level 30 but not all of the mystic. For the male and female set of the uniques all require 25k gold, 30 Iron Ingot, 15 armor crafting tickets. The Right, Left, gloves and pads require 3 light armor shards the remaining armor peices (Helm, Torso, Pants, Boots) require 3 heavly armor shards and all peices have 30% success rate. Now for the mystic armor the only way to get them are though events.
