  • -30% facility supply cost
  • -30% facility upgrade supply cost
  • -50% excavation time
  • All facility upkeep costs reduced to 0
  • -30% facility construction time

Side effects of these changes
  • Less micromanagement of base facilities
  • All facilities now more accessible and valuable
  • More flexible base building paths
  • More streamlined base building
  • Certain things can be reached sooner such as exposed power coils or research technologies

Yes, this mod changes stuff in the .ini config files only. The changes were done to DefaultGameData and DefaultStrategyTuning specifically.

By the way, Trieve, these are simply just .ini changes in either the DefaultGameCore (or GameData), correct?

I've tried that once and I totally messed up, forcing a game file verification so am wondering here.

Oh, sorry, that was just a tongue-in-cheek comment. People definitely can play XCOM 2 (and EU/EW, for that matter) however they like :steamhappy:
