It works just fine for me, you probably have conflicting mods. Try verifying game files if nothing else works.

and if i try "sv_consistency 0" the game crashes with 2 or 3 special infeccted

on single player and multiplayer, both gives me the same error

It gives me an error: "Server is enforcing consistency for this file: models/infected/charger.mdl"
