Plutia's Noire Plushy pipe bomb

Replaces the pipe bomb with Plutia's DLC weapon, the Noire Plushy, from Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory.

Features:
-256px Texture
-Adjusted first and third person clipping with player model (if you find the viewmodel annoying, increase your viewmodel fov with the "cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor" command)
-Jigglebones
-Glowing texture (if you want a non-glowing version, simply extract, switch out the "no glow" vmt file included and repackage)

Yes, I know that it's supposed to be a melee weapon, but I've already replaced all of the melee weapons and I'm quite sure there's already a mod out there that swaps the frying pan with Plutia's doll (without the glorious jigglebones though). Besides, putting a bomb inside her dolls totally seems like something Plutia would do.
