-As was mentioned, it was impossible to destroy the building!
I was forced to change the category of the asset, it is now in the same category as the "road depot". Nothing else changes, the building is always recognized as an asset that has no use, there is really only the position of the icon that changes (before you find it in the assets;))
I post an image for those who would look where it is
Sorry for the disagreement but I have no other choice for this one can be destroyed by bulldozer

This looks very nice ! I think I place one in each city, then I place a cargo-magnet for food next to it and will send in my McDonalds trucks to deliver the food there :steamhappy:
