Touhou - Tengu Union

Requires BNW and G&K. This mod adds the tengu from the Touhou Project series. Initially I wanted to make Aya as the leader, but then I realized that wouldn't make any sense, since they canonically have an actual leader, Tenma. I used her Mugen design since I can't really find a lot of artworks for her other designs, and I personally like it better than the others.

Design Notes: I tried making this civ represent the tengu as a whole. I decided that the many races of the tengu will be represented in the form of unique promotions, which is also why I choose to call them a union. They also sort of reminded me of the Soviet Union with their single party state (Great Tengu), a dictator (Tenma), and a multi ethnic nation.

The Capital starts with Tenma's Palace. All foot based units may gain a special promotion and have +1 Movement.
>Mercenaries do not get this speed bonus and special promotion
>Tenma's Palace grants a 50% Production bonus towards producing air units and reduces the effectiveness of enemy spies by 25%, at the cost of the Great Work of Art slot being removed.

List of Special Promotions:
>Crow Heritage: Ignore terrain costs. If unit already has it, it gains +1 Movement instead. If unit is a Great Person, it gains another +1 Movement.
>White Wolf Heritage: +1 Sight and +15% Combat Strength. If this unit is a Great Person, it gains an extra +3 Sight.
>Yamabushi Heritage: +10% Combat Strength when fighting in Hills. All units in adjacent tiles Heal 5 Additional HP per turn. Expending this unit as a Great Person grants 50 Faith on standard speed.
>Long-nose Heritage: Steals Gold equal to 100% of the damage inflicted on a city. Earn points toward a Golden Age for each enemy killed. Expending this unit as a Great Person grants you 200 Gold on standard speed.
>Great Tengu Heritage: Ignore enemy Zones of Control. +33% Combat Strength VS Wounded Units. Expending this unit as a Great Person grants you 50 Food for the Capital on standard speed.

Promotions given to each unit types:
>Non Great Person Civilians = Nothing
>Melee, Gunpowder, General = White Wolf
>Archer, Recon, Writer, Musician = Crow
>Siege, Engineer, Prophet = Yamabushi
>Melee + Gunpowder units with Free Pillage (ie. Paratroopers), Artist, Merchant = Long-nose
>Lvl 5 Units, Scientist = Great Tengu

Once the unit has the racial promotion, it is able to choose the special promotions listed below:
>Fastest in Gensokyo: +1 Movement.
>One-toothed Geta: Can move after attacking and +10% Combat Strength when attacking.
>Hauchiwa: +30% Combat Strength when defending in non Forest or Jungle tiles.
>Tokin: +50% XP gain.
>Shakujo: Heals an additional 10 HP per turn.

>When expending unit, gain a temporary boost of Global Happiness in every city you founded equal to 2 times the number of Citizens in that city, with the boost halving in value every turn, rounded down.
>While in a Golden Age, also gain Culture equal to the value of Global Happiness from the boost each turn (Culture is added at the start of your turn)
>May do a Trade Mission that grants 60 Influence.
>Ignores Terrain

>Can only be built in cities on Hills, and is adjacent to a Mountain
