it's funny that I was inspired to do this mod by the act of this beautiful speciment.

what does this mod do?
Well you and the AI will have the limit of 100 Agents,but you still need a market to make +1 Metsuke Limit,and train 1 metsuke.
if you think Agent wars is annoying,maybe this will help you out,or make AI more annoying.

If anyone is having issues with this mod not working, it may be to do with using an overhaul mod like DarthMod or Radious as the developer said.

It wasn't working for me, as I am using DarthMod and a load of other mods.

I got it to work by opening DarthMod with PFM(Pack File Manager)
https://sourceforge.net/projects/packfilemanager/

Then adding this mod (100 Agents) to DarthMod.

100 Agents is a little too much for me :p so I edited the 100 to 10.

It was easier to do it the above way than to make my own mod.

Try it if you want to adjust the agent cap, it took 2 minutes

I have no intention of fixing any of it, since I'm retired from modding this game, all I can help is try to have less mods installed, or not using mods like Darthmod and Radious, there's a chance that they tweaked the Agent recruitment.
