Dude, Stop the Spread - It's a Space Issue!

This modern, 6 car train is great for subway systems with a bit of room to breathe. Taken from the NYC Subway's B-Division lines (The lettered trains), this train features a clean design with LED route displays (line color dots!). It's made up of a pair of 3-car sets, shrinking them slightly from the prototype to allow the trains to fit into C:S stations.

Given that the latest DLC adds elevated metro tracks, is Metro Overhaul really required for this? I got rid of everything MO related, but this asset just would not spawn. Is there something literally inside the file itself that is tied to MO, and it won't spawn without it?

If so, would it be possible to make a version of this without any other mod requirements. This is really the only metro train available that I actually like.
