That happened because you went to grapple to both things at the same time so you're grappling on the thing at the top but visually you see the rope connected to the one at the bottom. You activated the grapple at the same time as the auto lock-on changed from the bottom one to the top one. The game for some reason spawns an invisible grapple point directly above the player when this happens which is why you can see her swinging from what looks like nothing from directly above from where you activated the grapple, i assume the game does this because the game isnt able to find the grapple point due to you grappling 2 different things at the same time.
I dont however understand what happened at 0:25 onwards though.

I don't remember this being in the game when I played retail version years ago. Is this steam exclusive feature or it's that retail version was such bug-ridden mess as well and I was just lucky that I didn't encounter them.
