ARK: SOTF - Primitive Deathmatch [Beta] is a unique gamemode very different from the normal SOTF one. It allows players to spawn in a small arena with early (pre-smithy) game gear and weapons and engage in instantaneous PvP! Players spawn with full hide armor, a bow, 3x spears, slingshot, and a wooden shield!

What makes this so special is that it means you can spawn in, fight to the death and respawn again ;) Deathmatch is 0 commitment game mode! meaning you can join and leave the server whilst retaining your progress (player level) and without the fear of being punished for doing so (in SOTF's case losing score towards the leaderboards).

• If the 20 slot Primitive Server is constantly full, primitive will be switched over to the 40 slot server and the original deathmatch will be moved to 20 slot server.
  
• We will be introducing a monthly level wipe, this is what we believe is causing lag issues. The server has become progressively more laggy and we believe this is because we have over 13,000 individual player and tribe save files on the server. These will be cleaned out one a month in order to deal with the lag issues it provides.
